Kinda new to the whole running thing.  Ran with my family tonight and made it farther than I ever had before.  Im quite proud of myself. Each run is getting better and faster.  Love the feeling of improvment.

Ran with Ryan again tonight, as well as last night.  Tonight was a bit harder run for me.  I think I need to plan ahead better and use my inhaler sooner.  Still ran most of it though.  Body felt okay other than my breathing.  Ran everyday this week, feels good!

I've run less often this week but am trying to maintain at least some, even if it's just 1/2 mile.  I'm finding it harder to run if I've missed a day so I'm trying to get back into my routine.  Been surprised to learn how much more difficult it is if I step out of the routine.  Got to stay motivated, it'll certainly help when the weather cools :)
